Motyka is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our e-bikes. We offer a 30-day exchange policy from the purchase date of the product. To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

1. The bike must be in like-new condition with no damage.
2. The odometer reading must be under 30 miles.
3. Customers are entitled to one exchange only.
4. Should the customer choose a more expensive bike, they are required to pay the price difference. Conversely, if they opt for a less expensive bike, the price difference will be refunded
